Fun at the Beach

We all loved going to the beach in So-Cal with the Johnson Family. We went Body Boarding, had a picnic, played in the sand and enjoyed the mild weather while taking a snooze. Thanks so much for sharing your week with us! We love you!

Disneyland Fun

We went to Disneyland this last week and had a blast! The kids absolutely loved it! They thought they were in heaven. And they were. Kid heaven, that is. They loved everything from the rides, to the parades, to the characters walking around, to the ice cream . . . the fun never stopped.

Fun in the Tub

Katie, Natalie and Preston all loved playing with their Aunt Ev, Uncle James, and cousins Ellie and Amerie in Southern California. Katie and Natalie especially enjoyed a night of fun in the suds.

New Beds

The girls finally both got some new beds this last weekend. Katie has been sleeping in a toddler bed up to this point and Natalie in a crib. They both needed to be able to stretch their legs. They are expandable size beds so Natalie's is set to the smallest size and Katie's the medium. They both love their new beds, especially Natalie with her new found freedom. Much to the chagrin of her parents Natalie has been testing her limits while trying to set the world record for how many times a child can get out of bed. We are trying to stay patient and remember it was just as fun when her brother and sister got a big person bed. Eventually we all learn, right????

Soccer Season

Preston has done excellent this soccer season. He has made several goals, steals the ball on a regular basis, and has become quite the little aggressive player. Some new strengths he has developed this year are anticipating where the ball is going before it gets there, and passing to teammates. It was a highlight for Preston to have Bubba and Nother Bubba come cheer him on at two of his games. It's so fun for our kids to share their favorite hobbies and pasttimes with family. We will be sad to see the season come to a close this next week.
